What You'll Bring Current NZ RN Annual Practising Certificate . 3-5 years' post-registration experience , in aged care as a Clinical Manager or a Clinical Coordinator ready to move on up. Experience mentoring and leading clinical teams. Strong skills in clinical governance, decision-making, and analysis . Experience with interRAI, Medi-Map, or eCase (advantageous). Sound knowledge of health and disability standards. Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills. Compassion and empathy — with a genuine commitment to residents' wellbeing.
